We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Returns are eligible for online store credit only, requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.
To Be Eligible for Store Credit Your Item Must:
- Be unworn and unwashed with no signs of damage, wear, soiling, or fragrance/smoke odor
- Have all original tags and hangtags attached
- Be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, swimwear, formal dresses, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances.
How to Return
- Contact us to receive the return address
- Include your original packing slip. If you've lost it, enclose a note with your full name and address
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
Return Processing
Once we receive your package, store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's done.
We inspect all items before shipping. Any returned item showing signs of wear, smoke, or a condition different from when it was sent will not qualify for store credit.
