Store Credit Only

We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Returns are eligible for online store credit only, requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

To Be Eligible for Store Credit Your Item Must:

  1. Be unworn and unwashed with no signs of damage, wear, soiling, or fragrance/smoke odor
  2. Have all original tags and hangtags attached
  3. Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, swimwear, formal dresses, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances.

How to Return

  • Contact us to receive the return address
  • Include your original packing slip. If you've lost it, enclose a note with your full name and address
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees

Return Processing

Once we receive your package, store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's done.
